The eighth regular course of the Institute which is now in progress is being attended by 22 participants from 19 of the less-developed member countries of the World Bank.
The Institute is a staff college operated by the World Bank for the benefit of senior administrators from the less-developed countries. It provides courses of study for selected groups of experienced officials whose daily work involves decisions on economic policy and the formulation and administration of development programs and projects.
