An afternoon press briefing was held by UN Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) Special Fellow Joseph Barnea and Senior Special Fellow Philippe De Seynes, regarding the up-coming UNITAR Conference in Montreal, Canada taking place 26 November to 7 December. The purpose of the Conference was to “examine the state of the art on virtually every energy option open in the next twenty years or so”. International specialists from throughout the world will be presenting technical papers. Also participating will be “top-level” Government, academic and industry experts from nearly 100 countries.
